Check-in time is between 3pm and 6pm Sunday – Thursday and 3pm and 6pm Friday and Saturday.
If you plan to arrive after check-in times be sure to contact the front desk for arrangements prior to the desk closing.
Check-out time is 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out options are available with prior arrangement with the front desk at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. An additional cost of $50 per hour could apply and this option is based on availability.

The heated saltwater pool is generally open in the spring, summer and fall. The pool will re-open in spring.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.
There is a charge of $25.00 per day for each additional adult (12 years and older) past double occupancy.
Children under 12 years stay free in a room with parents.
All rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.
A daily $10.00 per room resort fee applies to all reservations. As of April 15th this amount changes to $28 with the opening of the heated pool.
The resort fee includes the use of the heated salt water pool (seasonal), kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, bonfire pits, bikes, Wi-Fi and other on-property amenities.

To guarantee your reservation, a deposit of one night’s lodging is required via credit card.
Should you book more than one room, the first night’s deposit per room will be due.
CANCELLATIONS, MODIFICATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Refunds will be made for reservations cancelled more than 7 days (1 week) prior to arrival.
All reservation modifications must take place 7 days (1 week) prior to arrival. This includes arrival date changes, departure date changes and room type changes.
Any cancellations made within the 7 days (1 week) cancellation period will result in forfeiture of your advance deposit in its entirety.
“No shows” will be charged the entire amount of their stay.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
In all situations, the decisions of management are final.
We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs and leash laws must be adhered to. There are no restrictions on breed or size.
There is a $50.00 per dog, per night pet fee.
You will need to fill in a pet waiver form upon arrival.
